Following the will of the founders, INTEKPLUS executives and staff are creating a competent engineering company that can help perfect the future dreamed of by technology.
1995 ~ 1999
- INTEK-International Technology
- INTEK is International + Technology. It was started by a group of researchers specializing in optics and mechanics with a passion to create an original engineering company. In the early days, we mainly conducted R&D projects in the field of 3D measurement for government agencies and large corporations.

- Started exterior inspection equipment business
- In 2003, we succeeded in developing the visual inspection equipment for the final packaging process and started supplying it. It is the time to be reborn as a company specializing in exterior inspection equipment while expanding its business to memory modules and CSP semiconductor substrates.

- We started diversifying our business by launching visual inspection equipment in the LED, solar and display fields. Although it was a difficult situation due to the financial crisis and the contraction of related industries, we have secured experience and capital for mid- to long-term growth.
